By downloading or using Netted ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

Netted is an informational tool that helps you choose which credit card to use at a given merchant based on published reward structures. Netted does not provide financial advice, and reward information may not always be perfectly accurate or up-to-date.

The information provided by Netted is for informational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, or legal advice. Credit card reward programs are managed by the card issuers and are subject to change at any time. Always verify current reward rates with your card issuer.

All data you enter into Netted stays on your device. We don't collect, transmit, or store your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Netted offers optional paid subscriptions ("Netted Pro") through the Apple App Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing are governed by Apple's terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.

• Yearly: $19.99/year

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Free trial periods, if offered, will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled.

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract data from the App beyond its intended use. You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose.

Netted is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that reward information is accurate, complete, or current. We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on information provided by the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Netted and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
