Our philosophy
Netted is built on a simple principle: your financial data belongs to you. We don't collect it, store it, or sell it. Period.
What we don't collect
- We never ask for your bank login credentials
- We never scrape or access your transactions
- We never track your location beyond what you explicitly allow on-device
- We do not use analytics or tracking SDKs
- We do not collect personal identifiers
What stays on your device
All data you enter into Netted (your credit cards, wallet configurations, search history, favorite merchants, and category overrides) is stored locally on your iPhone using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device and is not synced to any server.
Location data
If you grant location permission, Netted uses your location solely to show nearby merchants and trigger geofence-based alerts for your favorite stores. Location data is processed on-device and is not transmitted to any server.
Subscriptions
Netted Pro subscriptions are processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Apple handles all billing, receipts, and subscription management.
Third-party services
Netted uses Apple MapKit to display nearby merchants. MapKit requests are handled by Apple's services under their own privacy policy. We do not use any other third-party services, SDKs, or analytics platforms.
Data deletion
You can delete all your data at any time from Settings within the app. Since no data is stored on our servers, deleting the app removes all associated data completely.
Changes to this policy
If we ever update this policy, we'll post the changes here and update the date above. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app notice.
